Back to School Gone Green with #ecowed

Back to School is just around the corner and how is that you can “green” going back to school for your family? The Green Mom’s Carnival recently tackled this topic but tomorrow night for our weekly #ecowed party the topic will be going green for back to school.

Come ready to ask questions on everything and anything about how you can make your child’s back to school experience safer, greener, and less toxic. We will be armed and ready to discuss safer alternatives  and BPA, PVC expert Alicia from @thesoftlanding and  with Jennifer Taggart from @thesmartmama will be there ready to answer technical questions and offer advice and @greenmom will be ready with product solutions, tips and some tried and true solutions that she has found works!

  I am dying to know how to talk to my daughter's teacher about hand sanitizer. It's in her classroom by the gallon and I tried to talk to teacher but got interrupted and want to go back with some printouts or something. So, I'll be asking for advice tomorrow big time!
  
  I'd also like some green alternatives to frozen gel packs (to keep things cold) and bpa-free containers for sandwiches or whatever.
