Natural Pod, FSC Certified Wooden Toys Our #ecowed Hosts
Plastic toys can be seen polluting landfills. They break easily, aren’t biodegradable and we’re left wondering whether these toys are made in China and are safe; this is questionable and scary. Heirloom quality toys that have multi-gender/muti-purpose uses are hard to come by. Take it to the next level with toys that are made of FSC certified wood, don’t use toxic glues but water based glues and adhere to quality, eco-friendly manufacturing and practices across the board – a feat in itself! Luckily we have the answer, our hosts for this week #ecowed party: Natural Pod.
Join us this week and let’s talk:
- Christmas shopping – helping children use their imagination without the bells and whistles!
- What does FSC certified wood mean and why should you care?
- What are the benefits of quality wooden toys and their cost savings in both the short and long term?
RSVP to win anyone of these three prizes by leaving a comment below with your Twitter ID:

There are many spectrums of green but we aim to align ourselves with companies that a) we trust b) we respect c) are trying to do the right thing and be eco-friendly d) that we would buy from or tell our friends about.
On the way home from Vegas I was tired. My feet hurt, my body hurt my shoulder was about to fall off and I was recovering from some toxins (wine) and information people meeting overload. I stepped out of the taxi that I share wiht Melinda from Earth Mama Angel Baby and did self check in. Without thinking twice I decided to upgrade to first class and just ignored the extra charge – I felt deserving.
